What order minimums with your products?
Foaming Graphics minimum orders range from $50-75 for individual consumers to as much as a few thousand dollars for corporations. In most cases we try to be flexible with NEW customer first-time projects.
Our staff can provide a comprehensive services quote that addresses your needs. Whatever size and scope of your final work order, our aim is to successfully find the right solution that will make you look great.
What payment options are available?
Among the many choices are CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or special arrangements for approved vendors.
What assurances are there for on-time products (no delays)?
Our production department has a fulfillment rate of 97% for which we never cancel a client order, and the majority of orders are filled correctly 100% without any errors. In all cases you’ll receive immediate notice in the event of a temporary product shortage, in-transit damage, or other issue.
How can I get the least-cost on my custom order?
We absolutely try to provide you budget savings, and you may wish to consider some of our RENTAL props to enhance your event promotion.
How do I place and order?
Simply email your order to our design/production team at ninh@foaminggraphics.com. Be sure to include exact size and dimensions in inches, color preferences, requested due date, and any specific details pertinent to your order. You will receive a reply email confirming your order and a request for deposit (50%).
What languages can lettering be created?
We’ve got in-house trained personnel to mainly handle English, French, and Spanish, yet we have up to another four or five key languages with local vendors. In all instances, a proof of the product design can be provided to ensure everything is perfectly translated.
What production volume can be served?
We have significantly large volume production in 24 hour shifts, as needed. Lead times may increase slightly depending on the number of major projects running together in a particular season.
Who are your manufacturers?
Foaming Graphics produces everything in-house, with the exception of architectural foam, and other heavy cast materials we’re a supplying distributor.
What samples or mock up may I receive prior to ordering?
Upon request, you could receive a sample drawing or layout to which you would approve or make any changes to the design. Your approval and deposit are required before any production begins.
How may I receive confirmation of my shipments?
Standard protocols are to send documentation directly to your profile contact method, and you may setup as many user end-points as you require.
